O LATTE E MIELE teve muita atividade em shows, chegou a abrir vários shows do Van der Graaf em uma de suas excursões Italianas . Existe um CD com gravações ao vivo do Latte e Miele, que foi lançado pela Mellow Records.
Depois de alguns singles em 1974, o último aliás, muito melódico e que não tem nada do som típico do grupo, o Latte e Miele se separou e foi reformulado em 1976 pelo baterista Vitanza com tres novos músicos.
A nova formação gravou "AQUILE e SCOIATTOLI", um álbum muito bom ! Talvez o seu melhor e mais original trabalho, contendo uma "cover adaptada" da Ópera 21 de Ludwig Van Beethoven e a bela "Pavana", uma composição de 23 minutos de duração e muito bela, que foi composta com a colaboração do ex membro Lacagnina .
